The New York Times Travel Show attracts more than 35,000 attendees with over 700 exhibitors from more than 175 countries, making it the largest travel trade and consumer show in North America. Join us for the 2020 show on January 24 – 26 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
Now in its 17th year, the Travel Show will open with a Trade Day (January 24) exclusively for over 11,000 travel industry professionals and media. Saturday, January 25 and Sunday, January 26 are the Travel Show’s Consumer Days, opening to over 23,000 consumer travelers, as well as to travel professionals and media.
The three-day showcase will feature global cuisine tastings, cultural performances, travel book signings, one-on-one conversations with travel experts and special discounts and offers for consumers of all ages from over 750 exhibitors. This year’s Show is supported by Presenting Sponsor Dubai Tourism, in association with Expo 2020 Dubai.
2020 Dubai and an Opening General Session presentation by Chris Davidson, Executive Vice President, Insights Strategy, MMGY Global. Later, James Shillinglaw, veteran travel editor and editor-in-chief of Insider Travel Report, will moderate a keynote panel on the state of the travel industry.
Panelists include: Matthew Upchurch, Chairman and C.E.O., Virtuoso; Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, President and C.E.O., Celebrity Cruises; Daniel Skjeldam, C.E.O., Hurtigruten, Inc.; Leigh Barnes, Chief Customer Officer, Intrepid Travel; and David Neeleman, Founder of “Moxy”, JetBlue and Azul, Co-Founder of Morris Air and WestJet, Co-Owner of TAP Air Portugal.
The 2020 Travel Show Exhibition floor will commence at 2pm with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and remarks by Issam Kazim, C.E.O., Dubai Corporation of Tourism and Commerce Marketing.
