The annual PhotoPlus International Conference + Expo at the Jacob Javits Center in New York from October 25-27 is a must-attend event for any photographer or imaging enthusiast. This year’s keynote highlights include iconic photographers Lynsey Addario and Duane Michal’s plus a rousing panel about the effect of social media on today’s professional photographers.
Two new class formats are being offered this year: Workshops and Master Classes in Conversation. Both are two-hour intensive formats offering a more intimate setting for real hands-on learning. PDN Talks is another new conference track featuring topics ranging from pop culture to politics to the future of visual storytelling. Photographers, reps and creatives will discuss the dynamic world of photographic art and communication, leaving photographers and photo lovers inspired and informed.

The Expo: More than 200 exhibitors and brands of imaging hardware, software, and accessories will be on hand to demonstrate the latest technology in the world of photography and filmmaking, conduct free educational presentations at their booth, and offer special discounts on products and services throughout the Expo.
Additional learning opportunities can be found inside the Adobe Theater, which will be conveniently located on the show floor. Renowned photographers, filmmakers, and educators will conduct 30-minute seminars during the entire Expo to provide attendees with additional tips and tricks for improving their craft, and their business.
