Honorees are selected based on a combination of proven achievements, demonstrated ability to effect organizational change, commitment to external impact, ability to mentor others, and professional endorsements. I want to give a shout out to Matt Scheckner, Chairman of Advertising Week was awarded the first-ever Leadership Icon Award at the inaugural Leadership Reception held at the British Consulate in New York.
The award was launched by the UK Advertising Exports Group (UKAEG) to recognize exceptional leaders who have significantly strengthened UK-US relations within the advertising industry.
A truly well-deserved honor, for a man with great vision and bringing advertising weeks throughout the world.
