Madame Tussauds Brings Bollywood to Life in Times Square

Featuring Dance Performances and Film Star Favorites 

Madame Tussauds New York brought Bollywood to life in Times Square at the official launch of the all new limited-time-only Bollywood Experience in Manhattan today.

Visitors came face-to-face with figures of some of India’s most iconic stars including Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai, Amitabh Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Madhuri Dixit.

Celebrating all things Bollywood, vibrant art installations and projections brought the experience to life, alongside live music by a Bhangra Beat DJ.

“We are excited to celebrate icons who have had such an indelible impact on Bollywood culture,” said Christine Haughney, ‎Regional Head of Marketing, ‎Merlin Entertainments. “It was only right to kick things off in grand fashion in Times Square today, and we can’t wait for guests to visit and join the fun this spring!”

Fans can visit the Bollywood Experience at Madame Tussauds New York now through May 31st.
