The 2014 Kia Optima facelift has made its public debut this week at the New York Auto Show 2013, The 2014 Kia Optima SX benefits from 18-inch rims, aero wiper blades, bespoke front/rear lower bumpers and side sills. The range-topping SX-T gains HID headlights with auto leveling, 18-inch chrome wheels, red brake calipers, LED fog lights, Nappa leather seats, chrome-accented side sills and an electronic parking brake.

LX, EX and SX have a 2.4-liter GDI engine while the SX-T makes use of a turbocharged 2.0-liter GDI. Both engines are linked to a 6-speed automatic transmission, but the SX-T is the only one to offer a Drive Mode Select which can adjust steering weight and transmission shift points.
